Refuge Worldwide radio was launched in 2021 to amplify the music and issues that we care about, broadcasting remotely out of Neukölln. Refuge Worldwide: began in 2015 as a fundraising platform working in solidarity with grassroots and non-profit organizations across Berlin. This one will be a special one, as 100% of our part of the entries (€) will directly go as a donation to Refuge Worldwide (Lilipad). We are honored and thankful to be back behind the turntables of repeat, the line-up is still composed exclusively of friends, or sweet encounters made through music this monthly event being only about gathering everyone we love and enjoying groovy music all night long together<3 Watch out for this fella, especially if in tandem with his namesake in some blurry B2B action! Also a skilled keyboardist and producer, his musical intuition translates to smooth mixing and vibe creation. What sets him apart however, is his meticulous methods when it comes to selection and curation.
Voyager Cuts is an interstellar ill-behaver who shares not just a name with our own Fin but also a love for funky house and UK garage. Expect the unexpected, since, in her own words, "no genre is safe". The other half of Catelle and also an alumnus of the prestigious FBM school of bass, she's been blazing a trail both solo and with her partner in crime. LACATY is a DJ with a passion for classic 90s house but who's also known to switch it up, with garage, ghetto house and breaks all on the menu. One half of Catelle and a graduate of Femme Bass Mafia's DJ mentorship programme, she is equally at home spinning house bangers in the booth of a crowded club or speaking softly on the mic at the radio studio. Miszo is an electronic music enthusiast and radio host. Dry January is ending which means we are soon in Feuchter Februar!
